“While this survey is being conducted nationally, as early as next week, we will have access to all of the Texas data and results,” said Ann S. Graham, executive director of Texans for the Arts. “We need this information more than ever to be at the table at the local, state and federal levels to promote and advocate for the inclusion of the arts and culture sector in any stimulus package options and other relief measures. AFTA will have a link via Tableau online to share early next week that will give everyone in the field real-time access to aggregated data that can be manipulated to gain insights at the local and state levels.
“In addition, we will circulate the survey repeatedly over the coming weeks/months so that you can report on the changing landscape of your situation. Please use the same Organization name and email if you take the survey multiple times to allow for the most recent data to be utilized. Note, if you’re an individual artist, put N/A in the first line of the survey which asks the name of your organization.”
