The Austin Creative Alliance has launched the Artists Opportunities Hub, a listings site for artists to find jobs, auditions, and commissions as well as professional development opportunities.
Artists, arts groups, community organizations and businesses are welcome to submit notices at no cost. Posts are subject to review and approval to guarantee only legitimate opportunities get posted.
Current listings include an open call for an environment justice mural project at the historically Black university Huston-Tillotson in East Austin; a job posting for teaching artists at youth arts education organization Creative Action; and a notice of ‘Monetizing Your Music,’ a free professional development workshop offered by Texas Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts.
